If Compendium gets screwed up, (caused by zooming a map)and one tries to exit,
it throws up a dialogue box complaining about toolbars.xml.
If you hit OK it shutsdown OK. The file is where it says it is looking.

Could I please have more details about 'If Compendium gets screwed up, (caused
by zooming a map)' - as this seems to be the real bug here, not the error
message about toolbars.xml.
