System locks up - when printing "Tools Menu" from "Menus" Help to an Acrobat
file - CPU usage goes to 99 percent and Compendium process has to be ended.

There was a commented out section of HTML at the bottom of the Tools Menu help
file that seemed to upset things. This has been removed and it works fine now.
